Built in 2006 and located in Qaidam Basin in Qinghai Province, Qinghai (Ulam) Circular Economic Industrial Park is a coal-based poly-generation circular economic industrial park with the highest altitude around the globe and a landmark project in Qaidam circular economic trial zone. Leveraging upon the local mineral resources, the company has invested in the construction of Ulam Coal Chemical Circular Economic Industrial Park which includes landmark projects such as 2,000,000 TPA coking chemical industry project, 3,000,000 TPA coal wash project, 2×15MW Coke oven gas power generation project and special rail project. The Ulam 150,000 TPA tar deep-processing project and 1,200,000 TPA pellet project are now under construction.
