Recently, the Human and Resources (HR) Office of Muli Coal Mine, Qinghai Kingho Group organized internal trainer trial teaching assessment. This activity won great support from leaders of the Muli Mine. All leaders, persons in charge of offices and employee representatives were present at the meeting and seven trainers joined in the trial teaching. At the meeting, the host introduced the purpose, significance and schedule of the activity for evaluation on internal trainers. At the beginning of the trial teaching, each player made a trial lecture according to the sequence of prior lot drawing. Their topics are colorful and interesting, including propaganda of safe production, shaping of employees' healthy mood and methods for exploitation of open mines, etc. Some players were steady-going and some were humorous. They exhibited their personal strength and style of teaching, which won the applause of judges on site.
